RMA
POLICY
Products purchased through New Source Technology
and under declared warranty may be returned by the customer for
replacement by following these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service or your Sales Person contact in New Source Technology
to obtain a RMA number.
2. Obtain the RMA form from
the website and fill it out with all the details asked in the form. The details
should clearly reflect the reason for returning the parts. And the form should
also indicate the RMA number you have obtained from New Source Technology.
3. Returned the authorized items via your shipping carrier and along with the
shipped parts please enclosed a copy of completed RMA form.
4. On receipt of your parts, our RMA department will process your request.
